It would improve customer experience with the product if when they come back to the website to book, they see a customized view of the home page with their favorite studios and plan details rather than landing on the main homepage that non-members see.

As a member I need a place to view all of my agreements so that I can reference the information at any time.

As a member I want to recieve emails for all important account events like payments, plan changes, etc.

As a member I want a one place to view all of my member benefits so I can easily take advantage of my discount codes, special offers, etc.

As a member, I want a way to report problems so things can get fixed. I also want to track solution progress, and be notified when the problem is solved.
